Connect Speakers

Using your device’s headphone jack, USB port or Bluetooth, connect external speakers to the computer, laptop, tablet or mobile you will be using. If none of those options are available, our techs highly recommend these! See guidance in the FAQ for aiming the speakers for optimum results.

Press Start

You'll find a button to start the feed always located at the top or the side of the screen. Press start and you will be connected with a continuous feed of Neuroscience-based sound engineered to mute the sounds of human speech and common distractions Set the volume to a level that sounds like wind through the trees. Not a gale, not a breeze.

eRase

Allow the feed to play for 10-15 minutes and you'll soon forget it is there. Want proof how well it is working? Turn it off! Then see how noticeable the TV, kids and dog have become.

As long as you are logged in and your account has a valid subscription, you will see a button at the top of the screen that says "Start Sonic eRaser." Clicking or tapping on this button will allow you to begin streaming the Sonic eRaser™ Feed.

Depending on network conditions, it may take several moments for the stream to fully buffer. If after a minute the button still hasn't changed to the green "Start Sonic eRaser" display, please refresh the page: either by pressing F5 on your keyboard or by pressing the refresh button beside your browser's address bar.

Once pressed, the "Start Sonic eRaser" button should immediately turn red. The text should then read: "Stop Sonic eRaser." If this is the case, please ensure that your device's system volume is at a level that you might use to listen to any other media.

For issues pertaining to audio feed quality, we ask that you please take a moment to fill out this form. We will respond to your submission as soon as it has been received by our support staff.

Please ensure that you have completed all of the fields on the checkout form and that the card number you entered is valid. Checkout is commonly rejected due to form errors, expired cards, or accounts with insufficient funds. As our payment provider uses machine learning to verify locality, please also check for errors in your Zip Code. If issues persist, please email us at [email protected].

Invoices are sent to the email address associated with your current account, which can be checked by visiting your profile. If you would like the invoices to be sent to another address, please email us at [email protected] so that we can facilitate this change.

In order to view the currently active membership, please visit the membership page. Any changes to your current membership can be managed here.

In order to cancel a membership, please visit your profile and select the link at the bottom of the page.
